Terms and Conditions

Official rules for participating in the Clash Circuit city gaming tournament series, attending events, and maintaining eligibility on our standings.

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for, attending, or competing in any Clash Circuit event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our tournament series is designed to foster a competitive, high-energy environment for local gaming enthusiasts. These rules govern your conduct across all seasons, events, and official community channels.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time to preserve the integrity of the circuit. Significant changes will be communicated to active participants prior to the start of a new season.

2. Participation and Eligibility

Participation in the Clash Circuit is open to players who meet the age and registration requirements specified for each individual event. All players must register under their real identities and maintain a single active profile on our official standings.

  • Registration must be completed prior to the tournament brackets being finalized.
  • Players must arrive at the venue and check in before the scheduled stage time.
  • Tournament organizers reserve the right to deny entry or revoke participation if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Competitive Integrity and Conduct

Clash Circuit operates on a strict code of fair play. We are committed to providing a thrilling, festival-style atmosphere where skill and strategy determine the victor. Any form of cheating, hardware tampering, or collusion will result in immediate disqualification and a potential lifetime ban from future seasons.

Players and attendees must treat opponents, staff, and the crowd with respect. Toxic behavior, harassment, or disruption of the stage environment violates our core principles and will not be tolerated.

4. Standings and Season Structure

Points awarded during individual events contribute to the overarching city-wide season standings. The point distribution is final once an event concludes. Any disputes regarding bracket outcomes or point allocations must be raised with the head referee immediately following the match in question.

The tournament organizers retain final authority on all bracket rulings, point adjustments, and season final results.

5. Media Release

Our events feature energetic crowd and stage photography to capture the festival atmosphere. By attending a Clash Circuit event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. You grant Clash Circuit the right to use this media for promotional, broadcasting, and archival purposes without compensation.
